A planter can be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Holiday orders placed between 1 October and 24 December can be returned through 15 January. We offer a complete satisfaction guarantee and will offer you a full refund or exchange if not satisfied, less the cost of return shipping.

To begin a return or exchange simply contact support@boldlygrowing.co with your order number and we'll provide you with the return mailing instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping except in circumstances where Boldly Growing has made a mistake in fulfillment or there is a product defect.
